The Warren Law Firm has over 15 years of legal and business experience.  The Principal, Angela Warren, graduated from Hastings College of the Law. She began her legal career at Long & Levit, a San Francisco-based law firm that specializes in litigation.

Ms. Warren then joined the American Insurance Association which represents Fortune 500 commercial insurance companies such as Chubb, Hartford Insurance Company, St. Paul and more. As Assistant Vice-President of the Western Region, She represented member companies in diverse issues ranging from auto insurance to business insurance products as well as proposed business legislation. The Western Region encompassed several states including California, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Ms. Warren also held the position of Americas International Counsel at Silicon Graphics. As counsel, she managed outside counsel in Latin America and Canada. She was responsible for the legal implications in business strategies. She negotiated letters of credit, oversaw subsidiaries and negotiated licensing, third-party vendor and sales agreements. She was also responsible for overseeing litigation in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Canada.
The Warren Law has represented large and small companies. It has negotiated contracts for Fortune 500 companies as well as start-up companies. The Warren Law Firm has helped many clients in business transactions ranging from real estate contracts, trust documents, and employment compliance contracts. 

The Warren Law Firm is dedicated to global immigration.  The Warren Law Firm advocates for businesses and families.  Its expertise ranges from business petitions to family immigration issues.  The Warren Law Firm has practiced in State and Federal tribunals such as the San Francisco Immigration Court and the Ninth District Court of Appeals.
